Sterling Trader, Inc. was established in 2000 as a broker-neutral service bureau called Sterling Financial Systems,Inc.. Sterling Technologies, Inc. became the software arm in the Sterling family. In 2002 we launched Sterling Trader® Pro, our first electronic direct access trading platform.

In January of 2009 the two companies merged into Sterling Trader, Inc.
